Description of the issue:
Brave browser (since a couple months ago) stopped loading most - if not all - my pages. For example, youtube sometimes won’t display thumbnails for videos, or won’t load the video completely, just the player. Netflix on the other hand, seems to be loading only the html, once I frefresh the page the css and js load. Some sites seem to fix themselves after 1 refresh but some take multiple.
I don’t get any errors on most, just an empty background color depending on the site. some sites however, like reddit, give a notification of “We ran into an issue please try again later” or some other sort of this message.

Just going into sites, for example Netflix, Udemy, Youtube, chatGPT etc.

very often. Have tested my interent and haven’t noticed any problems. it runs 860Mbps download and 109Mbps upload

Additional Information:
I have tried disabling brave shields completely and also turning them off in sites individually. I have disabled all of my extensions, my internet seems to be working properly
