Brave browser wont relaunch after closing it and opening it again

Hello im having an issue with the browser.
Once i close it down, and open i open it again it wont work. I need to close it in task manager for it too launch. whats the issue?

when you close for the first time does it still show up in the task manager or not

then go to
brave://settings/system

disable hardware acceleration and see if
disable this -> Continue running background apps when Brave is closed make difference
