Relaunch problem

Description of the issue: relaunch not launch brave, after hit relaunch buttom brave just stuck at task manager and after force end task via task manager brave still stuck and need 2 more times doing this

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. edit flags any flags or simple way toggle on/off Automatically send diagnostic reports
  2. hit relaunch buttom
  3. brave not open again

Expected result:
brave open again

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.52.126
