I am not able to hear any sound on the Brave browser, using ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish.
Sound works in all other apps, including firefox.
Tried restoring defaults, new profile, uninstall/reinstall, nothing worked.
From googling, I see references to an advanced sound option in Settings > WIndow, but that option does not seem to still be available in this version of Brave
Using:
Version 1.56.20 Chromium: 115.0.5790.171 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have somewhat the same issue only that sound is working on laptop speakers and over HDMI, but is not playing over Bluetooth headphones. It keeps playing on the laptop speakers.
Was using snap, uninstalled and installed the latest version using apt
