Brave Browser not work with paypal or certain sites

Description of the issue:
I have been stuck on paypal to pay an invoice for days, assuming paypal held my money until it is processed. Turns out, If I switched browsers it will proceed and work. In fact I tried it again and the same problem. I’m thinkin of using firefox since it doesn’t give me problems like brave for some reason
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to paypal and log in
  2. Go to pay invoice
  3. Screen pops up

Expected result:
Infinite Blank Load Screen

Brave Version( check About Brave):
V1.31.88 (Oct 29, 2021)
Additional Information:
HAD TO SWITCH TO MOZZILLA FIREFOX FOR MY TRANSACTIONS TO WORK NORMALLY

Does this issue persists if you play around with your shield settings?

I just tested paypal, paying my hosting invoice.
