Brave Browser Helper (Alerts) macOS keeps resetting?

Hello,

Anyone know why this Notifications System Setting keeps resetting?

Maybe once a week? for the last year since first using Brave, I get a desktop notification banner telling me to turn on permissons.

Am I just learning now that this is a feature of the Brave browser, or is something amiss?

macOS ::System Settings>Notifications:
