Brave Browser can't be opened can't be closed

Description of the issue:
Recently my Brave Browser suddenly froze, so I force quitted it, then I couldn’t open it, so then I tried to restart, and I couldn’t, then Shut down, I still couldn’t, then I tried to force shut down, still can’t. So I waited until my battery goes to 0, I turned on my laptop again and it is still like this. I tried to delete it but it says that I couldn’t delete because it is still open. Do you know how to fix? Thanks

Expected result:
To open like normal, or be able to delete it.

are you saying you held down Control, Command and the power button for 10 secs and it didn’t turn off your mac?
