The bookmark manager scrolls to the top every time I scroll down. I have 1500 bookmarks. I like to keep them organized. Every time i try to go in and do anything with the bookmark manager it automatically jumps to the top.
I know that this problem has been going on for years. You would think that a browser that is trying to compete with chrome, etc. would fix this issue!
