Description of the issue:
when Brave is set as default browser - clicking on a URL within an Outlook email results in an error message - Application not found
How can this issue be reproduced?
click on a URL contained within an Outlook email
Expected result:
Open web page associated with the URL clicked on
Brave Version():
Version 1.71.118 Chromium: 130.0.6723.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
Setting the default browser to any other browser works fine. Only Brave fails to work

The use… r should be able to configure a handler for `mailto:` and other handlers which would (in-browser) have a higher president than the default app for the OS
There are some security implications for being able to override handlers though and I'm not entirely sure this would be a good idea
I am not sure where or when the project will obtain legs for a run at a finish.
