Bluemediafiles Ads loading partially

Description of the issue: On the redirection Page of Bluemediafiles gets a Ad through the Adblock. I am wondering why as EasyList got a rule for that here which is also included in Brave AdBlocker defaults and Braves used EasyList. When I add this exact Rule in my Custom Filter Settings then the Ad won’t load but if not the Ad will load.

Or an alternative Rule: ||bluemediafile.site/imgads/*$image,1p

I am wondering

Because you have to globally set your shields to aggressive in order to block third-party trackers/ads AND first-party, if not, it will only/mostly block third-party on Standard, and as you see, they are clearly 1p.

PS. It works when you add it as a custom rule, because custom lists/rules are not affected by that ‘Standard vs Aggressive’ mode, that’s only for Default lists.
