Black screen when launching Brave and won't remember start tabs

Description of the issue: Brave starts with Black screen when launched. Also, favorite tabs don’t launch properly

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Shut down Brave and restart. Sometimes the proper tabs come up, sometimes I just get a black screen below the bookmark tool bar

Expected result: I expect to see the tabs I’ve preselected

Reproduces how often:

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10, 1809, Brave Version 0.65.121 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: If I close Brave with a tab open, when I relaunch Brave, that tab will re-open. Sometimes I get a black screen, sometimes I get previous tab.

  • It’s a black or white screen - I have retried many times, have powered down and restarted the desktop since installing the new version.
