The Brave browser does not start is put on the black screen

Hi, I just installed the browser and when I run it does not start it stays on the black screen, here is an image:

I have windows 7 professional, and 64-bit operating system,I hope you can help me thanks.

You were not the only Windows 7 user to encounter this. Please see the solution in the following thread to resolve your issue. Additionally, if it did not resolve your issue, please reply and let me know in that thread, as i’m using it to track all Win7 related display issues.

Apologies to any Win7 users here who were getting blocked by this. We truly appreciate your patience and assistance with addressing the issue. There’s clearly something going on under the hood with respect to Brave and Win7 display settings. We’ll work that out on our end, but this workaround should suffice for now.
