BATS lost (Brave Rewards) after recovery my computer

Briefly describe your issue: I reset my computer and about 1.5 dollars I had earned by clicking ads disappeared.
I typed the brave wallet recovery words (phrase bridge) that I had noted earlier over sync and Brave showed me “sync started”. Nothing synced as a result, my bats are still missing.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? lastest

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) yes

What date did you verify your wallet? I don’t remember, months ago. It hasn’t been 6 months.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Turkey

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? yes

Recovery phrase only recovers your estimated pending rewards and not BATs in wallet. To backup BATs in your wallet, you have to connect your wallet to Uphold. See this-

Recovery phrase only recovers your estimated pending rewards and not BATs in wallet. To backup BATs in your wallet, you have to connect your wallet to Uphold. See this-

it doesn’t save anything, it’s useless code.
I clicked on +250 ads and the rewards (1.5 usd) I earned disappeared, to no avail.
