BAT Rewards not getting payed

Hello,

I’m using brave on a daily basis and love it! I do have a verified Uphold wallet. Unfortunately I’m not getting BAT rewards since February 2021.

I have no processing payout.
My browser is uptodate.
I checked the “Claim your ad earnings now!”. Nothing there.

What can we do to fix this?

what happned on 8 aug when everyone claim what have u done

I did nothing. The rewards were paid out automatically to my UpHold Wallet in the past. Do I have to do anything as a user?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
