No BAT payout in August

Hello,

I didn’t receive my BAT payout for August yet. I have a verified uphold wallet and have been getting those payouts every month, except for August.
Can you check if there’s any issue? Please let me know what details are needed.

Currently running on MacOs, recently updated to version 1.28.105. On the 13th I noticed that the wallet was disconnected and proceeded to reconnect it.

@Tres I’ve had the same mate. I’ve DM’d @Mattches and he was sorting it out but I’ve not heard anything back from him yet. I’ve also noticed that I’m not getting any more BATs when I view ads now. Been a day or two on both my Mac and andriod phone???

Seems like I’m not getting any BAT this month too, even though I’m getting some ads. All activity seems to be empty:

I can’t comment on the Android issue, because I don’t have one.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
