BAT rewards gone missing

Hi there. My BAT rewards have gone missing. I had accumulated approx 5/10 tokens and now my balance is empty? Could you please help. Also could you tell me how I can get my seed phrase so that this doesn’t happen next time and I can recover my account? Thank you!

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

I still have no token balance and my previous balance has still not returned.

Am I missing something? Do I need to remove the tokens to a wallet?

Also, can you tell me my seed phrase please. I never received it.
