I need help, cannot claim rewards for 2 months now. The problem is when i click claim in brave rewards page it said congrats you received the rewards but after refresh the page it still showing the claim button and the amount still same.

we both have the same problem. 4 months without payout. Good for you that its showing in you wallet. mine not showing. If I click the claim button, brave will close.
@dummytest97 @Dek can you please perform a device SafteyNet Check for me and confirm whether or not your device passes it? It should but I’d like to make sure. Can you also tell me if you are using a VPN or if you have any custom UI/themes enabled on your device?
I ran the test initially on he wong device, just ran it again on the offeding device and it failed. Basic Integrity failed and CTS profile match failed, no vpn, but the the rom might be a custom rom, I had the tablet that long I cannot be certain but I believe it might be a modded android os

Have you ever been able to receive and/or claim rewards on this device?
I get the same error image above if I tried to claim via he traingle right of the url input, but if I went threw settings brave rewards and claim it would say successful but this was just an end less loop and in reality was un successful, I should note I have reinstalled since so I cannot reproduce he error until it’s time to claim again, it was my first claim on device
Hi mattches, first I wanna thank you for helping us. yahh my device failed the safety net test, (google play services not available.) I hope that someday brave browser will be available in huawei app gallery and will suppport huawei devices. thank you.
What do you recommend for my suition, should I just opt out on this device?

If the affected device does not pass the SafteyNet check then it’s likely not compatible with Brave Rewards at this time. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but these are some of the current measures/precautions we have to take to guard ourselves against fraud/theft.
No problem, but it would of been great if brave performed this check before it allowed me to opt in ads, could have saved us all the headack

I think you bring up a very good point.
Typically when this is the case, you actually can’t enable Rewards at all (or receive an error preventing you from doing so). We must have changed some behavior recently that leads to this new “bad path”.
Let me bring this up to the Rewards team and see if, at minimum, we can get an immediate warning that Rewards is incompatible with the device.
Sorry for late reply, my phone fail safety net test , so this one the reason i cannot claim BAT rewards , so i have to solve this safety net problem then i claim BAT rewards, thank you @Mattches
@Mattches my problem solve now after change to xiaomi EU rom, and safety net test pass , need 1 more BAT then i can link with uphold account.
