19.5 BAT didn't sync with my Uphold account and disappeared one month after

Briefly describe your issue:
One month ago, I finally had enough BATs on my Brave Rewars wallet (Windows 10) to verify my Uphold account. However, after creating my account, only 4.75 BAT was sent to my Uphold account, while 19.5 BAT remained on my Brave Rewards wallet.

I decided to wait the next payout before contacting support. However, a few days ago, I noticed that my 19.5 BATs simply disappeared. I checked brave://rewards-internals and noticed the following lines in the logs :

I don’t understand … I haven’t claimed anything and I have nothing in my Uphold account. What happened ?

During that wait, I tried to sync my BATs on my Android device just to see if there was an issue with my account : all of them were perfectly sent to my Uphold wallet (around ~11 BATs).

No (I have one but I don’t use it with Brave)

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
