BAT from wallet not sent to uphold

Hi,

On Android (release version) I sync’ed my wallet with uphold 2months ago. I’m correctly receiving my monthly rewards from ads, but not the BAT tokens I had in my wallet before sync’ing the account.

In the application though, the total amount of bat tokens displayed includes both sync and unsynchronized tokens, as pictured below with 43.811 bat

But on uphold, I ony have 21 bat.

What should I do to receive the missing bat.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Nope.
There still is a big difference between the number of bat displayed in the app and the one in uphold.
The monthly reward seems to work though.
