BAT doesnt transfer to Uphold and disappears

Hi everyone,

I am a new user of Brave. I love it. But I dont understand why I could not see my BAT in my Uphold account.

Last month (July), I earn 1 BAT, I have a verified Uphold account but these BAT is not in my Uphold account, not in Brave either.

I activate Brave rewards and unabled the donation and all. I dont unerstand. I am afraid that my next BATs will disappear too.

Anyone can help me ? Uphold support told me to contact Brave Community.

I know other people have the same problem but I didnt find solution.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

im waiting 27 days , his wallet refunded but my wallet is not refunded? i have the same problem but you dont help me about this situation

I wait for a solution from the team staff about my rewards that are staked on my brave wallet and are nit been transfered to my verified uphold account for more than 3 months now.
