BAT claim button not showing up

Hey,
Claim button isnt showing up for me, my mother and dad. Whats the problem?
Also last month i recieved just 3/4 of my BAT, is it normal?
AAAAND i have infinity processing on my publishers account.
Can u solve this for me please?

I also see no “claim” button. I have met my date of payment, and it says I have about 1.5 BAT, but have no way to access it. Please help

Yesterday March 5th I had no claim button and today the BAT is still in the ‘‘Estimated rewards pending’’

Same thing is happening to me. My BAT tokens are stuck. I was able to claim them in January but haven’t been able to collect for the past two months.
