No claim button on My Rewards?

Hi there, I have a little question, the past month, On my Desktop I reached like 3 Bats of rewards, and I were expecting to make the usual claim process clicking the rewards button and putting the catcha and that, but it didn’t happened, so I supposed that it were because I had a big amount. This month is like that too, but my rewards hasn’t been payed out yet (I know @steeven have this post and the rewards still are being payed).

But in the android version, which I’ve been using since january more or less, that didn’t happened, I had more than 2 Bats, and the option to claim the were there.

My question is: Is this normal?

Yesterday my Bats were deposited, but again, with no claim button. I mean, I don’t think it’s a bad thing, but I would like to know if it’s normal.
