When I sign in to Users - Microsoft Azure
it does 2FA and blinks back and forth till it finally says I can’t log in. Works in a private browser or any other browser.

Do you happen to have any extensions? If it works in private window it usually is a sign that either it’s an extension interfering or you need to clear cookies because a bad cookie is causing the issue.
I don’t know what it was. I cleared cookies several times. The only extension I have was the start.me extension and that was working on several computers for a long time and that couldn’t have been it because it wasn’t affecting any other computers. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled brave and then it started working. again.
