Hello and Good day!

I always use BRAVEBrowser on my browsing , etc. I haven’t check my Uphold brave rewards for a while and saving BAT TOKEN suddenly as I checked my balance a moment ago I discovered that my balance in my uphold wallet went down. I immediately check my transaction. It has transaction that says I transfer my bat token to another brave verified sites without my execution or permission as stated bellow from Uphold Support.

“These withdrawals are automatic tips (auto-contributions) sent to the Brave Verified sites you visit. Since this transaction was not executed on your Uphold account directly, we strongly recommend contacting Brave support directly at their site http://community.brave.com/ and letting them know you’d like a refund.”

And I request for a refund for the BAT that I have saved for a while… thank you.

  • Do you have multiple devices linked to your Uphold? If so, how many?
  • Can you share a screenshot of your Contributions and Event Log tabs which can be found here brave://rewards-internals/
