Auto-Contribute Bug: I lost 20.00 BAT!

On March 31, 2020 I lost 20.00 BAT due to the auto-contribute bug. I have Auto-Contribute turned off and it has been off the whole time I’ve used Brave. I emailed refunds@brave.com per For Brave users impacted by the Auto-Contribute bug and was in a conversation with Adama from support.

I sent all of the requested information, but now I received an auto-reply that refunds@brave.com is closed: At this time, the email address refunds@brave.com is closed.

And was directed to: If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us on our Community support forum.

So, here I am requesting assistance to hopefully get my BAT back. Thank you for your time and consideration.
