I have just noticed now that I lost around 15 BAT for no reason. Yesterday, I was around 23, and now I just have 8.
I checked and Auto contribute is off.
How you explain that?
And do I get them back?

Thanks for the link, Eljuno, but people are now saying - and it’s just been the case for me as well, before I saw those comments much further down - that emailing [email protected] doesn’t work because it generates an auto-response saying it’s not an active support email address and we won’t receive a reply. So can the initial post in that thread be updated?
