Brave took 20 BAT while Auto-Contributions were OFF

Hello Brave team,

I believe I have been debited with 20 BAT while Auto-Contributions were OFF and it was obviously not supposed to happen. I tried sending an email to “refunds@brave.com” but I’ve been replied that the account was closed. What should I do please ?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
