Audio on Computer stops working if video in Brave is paused or closed before completion

Description of the issue: Any time I pause a video within Brave, audio to my entire PC stops functioning. Any other program that is trying to output audio, can’t. My current work-around is to turn my headphones off and back on. Closing the tab sometimes works, but not always.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Play a video in a browser tab - i.e. Twitter.
  2. Pause the video
  3. Audio on PC stops completely

Brave Version: V1.38.111

This is new, as of a week or two ago.

Adding a reply that if I change tabs, audio also cuts out on the device. This is even happening on Reddit Videos that are muted. This is making the browser basically unusable.
