Description of the issue:
Brave stops playing any and all audio from all websites as soon as any audio stream ends, and will not allow any other audio to start playing. This can be Youtube, a notification sound from a website, quite literally anything, but as soon as that audio ends playing, no other sound will play at all until the whole browser is closed and restarted.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open Brave.
- Play any audio, from any website, anywhere.
- Attempt to play another audio after that one ends.
Expected result:
This is EXTREMELY obvious, but you’d expect the audio to play.

Latest version. (Version 1.8.95 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit))

I see that this has been posted here before, but those threads have been completely ignored and CLOSED, so I’m posting this one to attempt to get some more awareness on the issue.
I’ve personally suffered this issue for a little over a week. It just started happening one day.
Upon the audio ending, Brave removes itself from the Volume Mixer.
