Hello @deanj , sorry to hear that. The following article can be helpful to you:
New versions of Brave will hide—and, where possible, completely block—cookie consent notifications. Brave's approach is distinct and more privacy-preserving than similar systems used in other browsers.
Hope it helps. Regards.

Unfortunately, I have already done what that article mentions.
@deanj ,
Thank you for confirming. I’m going to rope in @fanboynz on this who should be able to offer assistance here.
Try adding twitter.com##.css-1dbjc4n.r-1awozwy.r-1m3jxhj.r-9hvr93.r-18u37iz.r-1d7fvdj.r-ymttw5.r-1f1sjgu.r-13qz1uu
into brave://adblock Does that help? no issues?

I put it once, and saved the changes the cookie consent did not appear.
I removed it and saved the changes again and the cookie consent still does not appear which is a good thing.
However, sometimes, not every time, I get the consent messages from various websites while having the option turned on in the filters.
Like any list, some we can fix others we can’t (webcompat reasons). Is there some specific sites?

The sites are random but from what I understand is that sometimes the filter works some times it does not.
When you come across some sites that show the consent manager, then add to this thread to prod me.
