I use 2 screens. I often have the Brave Browser open on both screens. When I drag a tab from one screen to the other if the Brave Browser isn’t the primary open window on the 2nd screen the new tab doesn’t anchor to the existing tabs so I wind up with many instances of Brave on the 2nd screen instead of just 1 instance with multiple tabs. Chrome attaches the dragged tab to the existing instance, even if it’s not the visible window on the 2nd screen.
