All creators are unverified

Briefly describe your issue:
All creators except for Uphold are showing up as ‘Unverified’. This is including brave.com, wikipedia.org, etc. I’ve done a complete uninstall as well which is removing Brave from the Applications folder and all related files in the Library folder. I’ve hit the refresh button next to the creators multiple times to no luck.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
OSX - Version 1.46.87 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91 (Official Build) beta (x86_64)
Problem persists on stable Brave as well.

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes. With Uphold

What date did you verify your wallet?
Dec 2019

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes. USA

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

That is probably because Gemini is just supported for the USA. All other regions aren’t supported for Gemini verification as of now.

@Mattches @steeven @SaltyBanana It seems all websites seem to be unverified for Creators. Including Brave, @Saoiray 's reddit, wikipedia, gemini as well.

A little Update- →
Gemini looks as verified now.
Also there’s a small detail, when a website is unverified, earlier I guess, it used to show a cross (X) Unverified.
Now though, even for unverified it shows the tick mark but says unverified.

Was this fixed or is troubleshooting required for all user. Some popular account that had verified in past still seem un fixed as of today are not verified. What fix can we do remedy this problem to keep supporting our git hub friends .

This is a known bug, I cannot even tip (Check) myself (I am a verified creator on YouTube)

Not sure why you would be doing that. Tipping yourself is nogt allowed by Brave and could result in getting flagged.

I think they have done this to check because it is the easiest way to see if there is a problem with the account or not!

exactly if I see that im verified then im good (I don’t actually tip myself I just check)

Is there any update on many verified sites not showing as verified when you visit them? Has the reason for it been discovered? Any ETA?

We are aware of this issue and our team is working to address this for Creators in Supported Regions who are appearing as unverified.
In the meantime, you can try the following:

If none of the above resolves your issue, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket to our Creator Support form. From there we can take a closer look at what might be happening.
