it looks like you’re in an unsupported region for your selected custodian. As a result, your channels won’t appear as verified for the time being.

What country are you from?
If you’re not from the US then this issue will occur till your region is supported again.

I got this message too. I use Uphold in the UK, which is a supported “region”. My site is still showing as verified.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this message has been sent out to every registered creator in error.
Not that I am raking it in from this system.
I believe all Creator accounts were disconnected and the email sent to everybody.
Those from the supported regions need to reconnect the Creators account.
Unsupported regions will not be able to reconnect.

Nope. If you are connected and in a supported country all should be Ok.

For my sites (United States/Gemini), this issue is more than just an erroneously sent email.
For example, when I visit my actual linked sites/channels, they now all say “Unverified Creator” or “This creator is not signed up yet…”
Also, when I click the “View Statements” link in the Creators site, there are no longer any statements…the page is completely blank.
In my Creators site, it still states: Gemini Account Connected
Anyone else also experiencing these extra issues? Any other related issues? Thanks for your help.

I’ve seen a lot of people getting the same email. Hopefully this will be fixed soon since this has been acknowledged now.
