@armyman19d this is a known issue and being investigated. Just a little tip, it helps everyone if you can try to Search Before Posting, to which that link will help if you don’t know how to search and sort through results. If you’d done that, you would see official response below and would also see lots of other people created topics on the same exact issue. Then you would have known you didn’t need to create your own topic.
