After I formatted my PC and re-installed, I'm getting YouTube ads even though Shields are up

Description of the issue:
I’ve been getting YouTube ads periodically even when Brave: Shields are up. I had never ran into these problems before. But after I formatted my PC and re-installed Brave today, these problems started showing up. I don’t remember much about my settings before the format, so I need some advices of something I might’ve missed.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Yes, The site is still function normally, but also along with ads

Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
yes

What OS are you using when you see the ad?
Windows 10

Brave version (check About Brave):
Version 1.74.48 Chromium: 132.0.6834.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I couldn’t update them and got error feedbacks before this, but I can now somehow. And as I test a bit, I haven’t encountered ads so far. Thank you so much!
