Was asked to post this suggestion here after a discussion in the BAT telegram. The current banner customization for verified creators is pretty neat but it looks very standard for now. Would they be able to perhaps embed a video as well so they can thank users for their generosity(as they are probably about to tip since the banner is up). Or perhaps play the video on the thank you banner after the tip is submitted? Or even add customization on the thank you banner for the verified creator to personally thank the user rather than a generic Brave generated thank you.
