Access denied to website consistently used

I am getting this notice which never happened before. How can I get the access I always have had?

It maybe checking the location, and if you have a vpn try various locations in private window mode also.

I do have a vpn, set on smart location which happens to be New Jersey from where I am in Pennsylvania.

Yes!! Thank you so much!! Why would having the vpn on prevent access to a reliable website?

Some sites can detect either the location or even detect whether you’re using a VPN.
