And the site where I do most of my shopping is Vitacost.com
So it took me 6-8 months to realize that Brave was causing this problem & this caused a whole bunch of stress for me because I had to get a manger from the company who manages the air miles for American Airline & that wasn’t an easy feat & it took weeks.
I had to convince her to go through the excel file with TONS of purchases I had made where there were no miles given to me.
That’s a lot of work.
When you make a purchase on a site who is part of this program, it’s supposed to popup & say that it tracked the order & I should get an e-mail shortly thereafter, but of course that has nothing to do with Brave.
Most of the time I got the popup saying it tracked the order, but I never got the points & unless I log into their site & check, I would have no way of knowing & of course I forget b/c you don’t get the miles right away, it can take upto 21 days.
You have to click on a button to activate the extension which I do b/c it pops up automatically when you go to one of the sites.
If it was just one order that wasn’t tracked ok, it could just be a glitch, but it was tons of orders on different days, months, etc…
