A simple thing. How do I create a new bookmarks folder?

This is very, very elementary, but, I honestly can’t see how to do this anywhere.

Two options:
A) Open bookmark manager and click the “three dots” icon on the upper far right of your screen; “new folder” is one of the options.
B) Use “CMD D” to bookmark a page; click “More” on the popup to reveal the “new folder” option.

Also, Brave doesn’t offer an option that I can see to automatically alpha-sort bookmarks within folders, or the folders themselves. Open Bookmark Manager and, while a given folder is selected, again click the three dots icon to reveal the “sort by name” option. To alphabetize the folders themselves, click/drag a given folder in the center page Bookmark Manager view.
