I’m using the latest version of Brave, on a Mac with OS 10.6.2 Big Sur…
I just want to do a very simple thing, figure out how to add new folders to my bookmarks. Usually, there’s a dropdown menu under File, that says “add a new folder”, but I can’t find anything like that. Surely there must be a way to do this, no?
Go to settings, in settings there is a bookmarks tab in top-middle. In it, on the upper right side, there will three dotted settings. From it, you can edit bookmarks easily.

go to brave://bookmarks/ then on the right side of screen there 3 vertical dot click on it then add new folder

you can go to menu → bookmarks → bookmark manager and you will find your self on the same page as brave://bookmarks/
i know maybe that not very short
