A server on my local network is blocked

I have an embedded processor (ESP32) used as a web server local IP 192.168.1.2 but is being blocked and labelled as not secure. I follow suggestions offered but I cannot access the site. Up until a few days ago it was possible to proceed with caution. Not anymore. Can sites on a LAN just be accepted?

Yes thanks, I have tried that also. I think I will try and make my own certificates and therefor use HTTPS and get it sorted with the server
(embedded ESP32)

Thanks for your response.
