My youtube feed video thumbnails are looking tiny
The issue isn’t present when brave shield is off on the site. The issue comes back after turning on brave shields

There is actually more complaints on the way, checking /r/youtube The redesign for the large icons certainly not a popular decision.
If you don’t want it, just disable the experimental list in brave://adblock

Probably the first person I’ve found who actually likes the new design. Only missing out on twitch ads counters in Experimental list.
