Description of the issue:
Turning on the shields on Youtube are breaking Youtube’s User-Interface, changing the trackers option to allow all trackers immediately fixes the problem, it doesn’t matter if you turn the fingerprinting on or off or set the shields to aggressive or not the problem will still persist, it only gets fixed when the trackers option is set to allow all trackers.
EDIT: Upon further testing, I can confirm that this issue can be fixed by turning off Brave Experimental Adblock Rules in the content filters list.

How can this issue be reproduced?
- Go to Youtube and turn on the shields and the UI will break.
- Change the trackers option to allow all trackers and you will see the no of videos and the thumbnail sizes go back to normal.
Expected result:
The ad-blocker shield should not be breaking the UI.
