I want to report a bug I found when playing a YouTube Video on the ios platform Brave Browser. When creating a comment on a YouTube Video, while the video plays, if I wanted to start typing, it would take the ios keyboard input , but as soon as I press the “spacebar” on the keyboard of my iphone it plays/pauses the video and no space input is entered in the comment box.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Go to YouTube on the Mobile App and play any video of your choice
- request the website to load a desktop version of the youtube site then revert the website to a mobile site
- try to create a comment on the video while the video plays
- start typing and see if you can pause/play the video with your ios spacebar key
Expected result:
The video will then pause or play and no space input in the comment box
