Youtube/Netflix Full Screen Goes Green

**Description of the issue: Full screen mode in Netflix or YouTube goes green
**How can this issue be reproduced? Open up either of them in full screen and it will go green

**Expected result: full screen should work with proper graphics and colors and not turn green!

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.33.106
