Youtube having white blank spaces

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Going to youtube
2. Sometimes the youtube will have a white blank space covering some videos and affects also when typing
3. Sometimes it will disappear but later on it will reappear again, refreshing the website will fix it but will also reappear again.

Expected result:

I have a white line in the black theme, which is normal. In the white Theme, there is a black line which is normal.

Try to clear cache of browser, to flush DNS, then to restart device

I already did that but the issue still remains.

Maybe it could be some extension you are using or try using another theme to see if you have the same problem.

do the black theme from google chrome affects this? I have no extensions besides Grammarly, Google Translate, and charcoal dark mode theme. Also, it affects now the videos on Facebook. How can I fix this?

I suggest u to try removing charcoal dark mode theme extension to see if that resolves your issue
