Youtube "enhanced bitrate" ad

Description of the issue: Sometimes (as YouTube doesn’t push the banner on every video) when opening a video the YouTube ad regarding getting YouTube Premium pops up, and its pops up again and again every time I click on a chapter in the video

For anyone interested, I found this custom filter that can be added and it seems to work.
