Youtube ads won't show skip buttons

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

I have no idea how to reproduce this, I have shields up and the ads keep playing as well as they don’t show the skip button. This all appearing today, yesterday there was no problem, but now it just disappeared.

Expected result:
The skip button isn’t there.
