Description of the issue: Video ads on YouTube don’t have the skip ad button
How can this issue be reproduced?
**Expected result:**There is a skip ad button
**Brave Version( check About Brave):**Version 0.69.135 Chromium: 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: I am not going to enable adblock because I want to support the creators
@Seva I’m not sure if there’s things that can be done from Brave side.

Yeah… I do wanna use the feature Brave Rewards. But at least the skip ads is working for YouTube.
And not all creators verified to have our tips and the tips keep in our wallet as long as they not signed up yet.
