I finally verified my wallet and the last couple years worth of BAT that I had accumulated before verifying seems to have disappeared into the nether.
Also, you should be DMing the Brave Support Team.
I think among the info that you provided, your wallet ID is missing.

Can you help me figure out how to contact support? Everytime I go through the support docs it just leads me to the forums, would love to speak with someone on the Brave team if possible.

They usually ask for details, like the version of your browser, version of your system, your wallet ID, the e-mail linked to your external wallet, screenshot of your brave rewards interface and a brief description of your problem.
Be patient though, as there are many requests coming in daily
I am pretty sure your BAT is lost, there was a massive bug, most user with Gemini lost their BAT (entirely) because the coin was sent to wrong addresses. In cryptocurrency, sending to wrong address means lost coin permanently. Sorry for your lost. Just look at recent threads, many Gemini users affected…
